We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Alumni Relations Professional at NTU. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the University's alumni events and partnering programs across different life and career stages.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, project/vendor management abilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing skills, are essential for success in this role. Experience in managing and executing webinars, and engagement programmes, preferably in an alumni relations or higher education setting, is highly desirable.
You will be responsible for building a thriving community of engaged and contributing alumni, developing a lifelong, mutually beneficial relationship with NTU, and fostering a sense of identity and pride among our alma mater. This will involve identifying and developing opportunities to engage with alumni across different life and career stages, leveraging online platforms and technology to scale alumni engagement, and providing support to the Director in resource planning and coordinating reports, proposals, and analyses for OAE and NTU Senior Management.
