Job Overview

The ideal candidate will assist the supervisor in receiving and delivering mattresses to clients/wards, ensuring timely and efficient service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Receive and inspect incoming packed mattresses for delivery.
  2. Assist drivers on loading and unloading of mattresses from vehicles, with close supervision.
  3. Organize and transfer soiled mattresses to correct location for milk run collection, maintaining clear segregation.
  4. Participate in all installations and terminations (collections) of air pressure and hospital foam mattresses.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with soiled/clean segregation within hospitals.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of patient information under PDPA regulations.
  7. Follow hospital PPE and hygiene procedures strictly.
  8. Provide daily reports to supervisors on installation and termination activities.
  9. Update supervisors on equipment buffer and excess daily for asset management purposes.
  10. Report any safety breaches to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

  1. 5-day workweek with rotating shifts, 9:00am-5:00pm.
  2. Work involves physical demands, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
  3. Excellent customer service skills or experience in providing on-site service.
  4. Class 4 Driving License is a plus.
