Key Responsibilities

  • Providing top-notch customer service to our guests by ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Preparing food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
  • Handling cash transactions and payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining a secure and organized cash handling system.
  • Scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
  • Managing inventory levels of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Performing regular cleaning of the food store, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Packing and preparing food deliveries efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help the team succeed.
