Service Associate

At our organization, we're looking for a highly skilled Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth installation, troubleshooting, and delivery of goods.

You will also be expected to:

  • Attain customer endorsement of delivery upon installation/delivery of goods
  • Liaise with contractors for installation and coordinate with construction teams to minimize obstruction and damage of monitoring instruments
  • Assist in setting up equipment/instruments
  • Support and work with sales/service teams to improve daily productivity

Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an added advantage. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be independent, and have a positive attitude as a team player.

Qualifications

To apply for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license
  • One year of relevant driving/working experience
  • Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player who is service-oriented and has a positive attitude
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
