Private Banking Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Banking Consultant to join our team at Synpulse Schweiz AG. As a Consultant - Private Banking, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, building knowledge on various companies and applying project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues through interviews and workshops to translate requirements into well-formulated solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks.
- Document projects into systems and processes for management review.
- Closely interact with clients through regular project updates and networking.
- Support team members with other project activities.
- Degree holder.
- 3-6 years of experience in the banking, technology, and/or consulting industry.
- Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry.
- Capable of applying technology principles to business.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- 3+ years of Change/Transformation experience within Private Banking.
- Flexible working hours with part-time working models and hybrid options.
