Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Retail Ambassador to join our team. As a Digital Retail Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with various queries and providing exceptional customer service.


The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers on how to create ID, download apps, and maneuver the app and microsite. You will also assist customers with prepaid top-ups, Sim exchanges, and other queries.


Working hours: We are flexible and offer working hours that suit your needs. You can choose to work 5 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, between 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm.
