Senior Brand Ambassador

We seek a skilled professional to lead brand ambassadorial duties, including developing and managing private clients across B2B and B2C channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving commercial sales volumes and driving prestige brand growth in a sustainable manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage CRM programs to build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities representing luxury brands
  • Organize high-profile brand events to showcase the brand to key clients
  • Generate and achieve sales target volumes as a result of these actions
Brand Growth
  • Increase brand availability, visibility, and activation in accounts across all existing channels
  • Conduct training for different channels when necessary and enhance brand ambassador skillsets
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets for luxury brands
  • Develop and promote brands in targeted premium premises, inclusive of hosting brand events and engagement activities
  • Gather competitor intelligence and analyze local market conditions to inform internal teams
Requirements
  • Graduate Degree/Diploma with extensive experience in sales & marketing
  • At least 5 years experience in client management for luxury brands/products
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen, knowledge of luxury and wine/spirits markets, and consumer trends
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, good public speaking skills, and ability to build strong relationships
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
