We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate invoices for services and products provided.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments as needed.
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions.
- Perform additional administrative tasks related to revenue cycle management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, standard office hours
