Job Title: Interior Fit Out Project Manager
">- Work as an experienced project manager in a dynamic and fast-paced interior fit-out environment.
- Plan, organize, and execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Report project progress and issues to senior management, providing accurate and timely updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Minimum O Level qualifications in relevant fields such as construction, engineering, or architecture.
- Prior experience in project supervision roles in furniture or construction projects in F&B and retail sectors.
- Ability to conduct on-site measurements independently and accurately interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency in industry-related tools such as CAD, SketchUp, and other software applications.
- Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
