Job Opportunity: Learning and Development Lead

The Regional Learning and Development Lead will be responsible for collaborating with the Director of SJ Global Academy to execute the academy's learning strategy.

This role involves working closely with regional leaders and key business stakeholders to address their L&D needs. The successful candidate will also act as a change agent, supporting the harmonization of L&D into the academy and working under the guidance of the Director.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Promote business partnerships with regional leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective L&D delivery.
  • Develop regional L&D strategies in alignment with the global academy's strategy and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement these plans.
  • Support and implement the global learning and development strategy, contributing to global L&D efforts through programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of region-specific L&D programs, including the roll-out of global programs and local initiatives.
  • Nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders that contribute to the success of the function and the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a regional leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
