The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth targets
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans
- Contributing to the development of strategic capabilities within the organization
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in strategic business development and growth management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

- Requirements:
The following qualifications and skills are required for this role:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management consulting or corporate M&A or private equity
- Extensive experience in M&A activity, including assessing targets, building investment thesis, conducting due diligence, etc.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with diverse cultures and languages
- Post-graduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Natural Sciences
- Ability to generate second-level insights based on scarce/incomplete data and construct a coherent logical argument from there
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems using a hypothesis-driven approach
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and communicate key messages
- Team player mentality, with the ability to influence with or without direct authority and move stakeholders toward a common vision or goal
