Digital Problem Solver - A Critical Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Troubleshooter to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will provide in-depth technical support for intricate problems, collaborating with various teams to identify product bugs, network concerns, and platform issues.
  • Triage customer escalation matters to find the most efficient path of resolution.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in technical support or system reliability engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • The capacity to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects.

In addition to these essential competencies, we are looking for candidates with extensive technical support experience, particularly in troubleshooting application protocols and network infrastructure. Experience with Linux command line tools, data analysis using Grafana and SQL, and process improvements is also highly valued.
