Key Responsibilities
  1. Overall Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs, resulting in improved profit margins.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, streamlining workflows, and eliminating waste.
  3. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of supervisors and service staff to ensure maximum utilization of manpower and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of management experience in food court operations.
