Job Summary
This role is responsible for spearheading regional performance through various performance forums and ensuring area performance in line with key performance management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead regional performance through performance forums.
  • Ensure area performance aligns with KPI management tools.
  • Prepare and lead performance calls as per designated schedules.

Core Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate regional sales matters.

  • Maintain portfolio data quality in systems.
  • Implement related processes, such as account plans and visits.

  • Support action plans for customer experience.
  • Conduct area visits as required.

Requirements:
  • University degree and 5 years of experience in the maritime industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills.
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and responsive.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, organize work, and implement action items.
  • Team player who can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, analytical way of working.
  • Result-driven team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Understanding of sales processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficient in English, writing and speaking.
  • Experience in Empower and/or Sales Force is a plus.
