The role of Senior Executive, Teaching, involves supporting the education research initiatives and teaching strategies of the Teaching & Learning Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee educational research-related operations, including finance and procurement processes, to ensure efficient high-impact activities that promote strategic priorities.
- Promote strategic collaborations, identify new opportunities, and optimise strategies to achieve academic excellence.
- Design and implement feedback mechanisms on service delivery, collate and analyse data to provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop and manage educational research digital platforms, ensuring timely dissemination of research outcomes, grant processes, and scholarly initiatives.
- Provide university-wide pre and post educational research grant award administrative support, streamlining grant applications and approvals.
- Develop new grant call administrative processes and procedures, review and refine existing processes for continuous improvement, and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate responses and materials for institutional and external audits related to educational research and grants, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Translate research findings into practitioner-friendly resources to support evidence-based practices in teaching and learning across the university, enhancing academic engagement and student success.
