We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth shipping operations, handling documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping documents, including shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Handle Letters of Credit (LC), ensure all necessary documentation is completed on time, and submit bank negotiations as per LC requirements.
- Liaise with banks, suppliers, and Forwarders to resolve any documentation discrepancies.
- Provide timely updates on shipping status and any issues that may arise during the process.
