As a Train Service Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of train services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and controlling train operational activities to provide reliable services at all times.
You will regulate and monitor train services closely in accordance with the train timetable. Additionally, you will make logical decisions and implement necessary service adjustments to meet passenger needs.
Effective communication is key in this role, as you will coordinate and mobilize relevant Operations and Maintenance staff to deal with failures or unexpected events in an expeditious and safe manner.
Responsibilities- Monitor and control train operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable train services are provided at all times.

- Coordinate and mobilize relevant Operations and Maintenance staff to deal with failures or unexpected events in an expeditious and safe manner.
For this role, you will require:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to perform rotating shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiarity with Operations Control Room environment will be an added advantage.
