Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our growing operations and ensure the smooth execution of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learner Enrolment & Documentation Management: Oversee the entire learner enrolment process, maintain and organize student records and documentation, ensure compliance with internal policies and confidentiality of data.
  • Classroom & Facility Management: Manage classroom setup, scheduling, and resources, ensure training rooms are well-equipped with necessary materials, coordinate with trainers and support staff for seamless class execution.
  • Operations & Staff Coordination: Oversee training materials and logistical needs, manage staff rosters and ensure proper scheduling for trainers and support teams, handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. Experience in education administration, operations, or a related field is also required. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools is necessary. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
