Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely claims information to customers, intermediaries, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver effective phone support, coordinating with support staff on reserve provision and registration requirements.
- Review claim files, set reserves, and monitor recoveries.
- Administer motor claims from registration to settlement, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Share claims feedback with internal stakeholders, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in user testing for new products and system enhancements.
- Engage in claims efficiency improvement projects.
- Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance or a related field.
- Prior 1-3 years of relevant claims experience is preferred.
