We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Business Development, who can drive the growth and success of our continuing education programmes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the end-to-end process of programme delivery, developing business development and sales strategies, converting leads into enrollments, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned programmes, from launch to marketing and recruitment
  • Prospect for and convert leads into sales, including responding to enquires and engaging prospective learners
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to phone and email inquiries from prospective learners and promoting the portfolio of programmes to prospective corporate clients
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure seamless course delivery and learner journey management
  • Develop and implement business development and sales initiatives to increase quality enrollments
Requirements:
  • Degree qualification from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales
  • Proven ability to convert leads into sales
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
