Job Title: Senior Software Development Leader

We are seeking experienced software development professionals to lead the implementation and management of enterprise platforms that deliver IT Service Management (ITSM) and Compliance Management capabilities.

  • Drive Platform Excellence: secure, scalable products and services across system management platform instances.
  • Migrate Business Requirements: into technical designs, develop modules in line with enterprise architecture and platform standards.
  • Manage Enterprise Platforms: from project delivery to operations and support, including backlogs management, upgrades and ensuring interoperability.
  • Promote Product Adoption: and usability across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Teams: to deliver effective solutions and provide engineering support for system maintenance.
  • Audit Readiness: by preparing responses for platform-related audits.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: on platform best practices and solution design.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline, with at least 5 years of IT experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with strong writing skills.
  • Proven experience in implementing and operating compliance or ITSM platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Candidates with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any module) certification will have an edge.
  • Certification in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or ITSM is also a plus.
