Biotechnology Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Biotechnology Manufacturing Specialist to undertake various roles and responsibilities in a Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Laboratory Practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laboratory quality control, microbiological testing, and environmental monitoring.
- Sample receipt, management, and storage.
- Equipment and facility maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization.
- Method validation, qualification, and in-process control.
- Documentation, compliance, and quality assurance support.
- Certain roles may require manual heavy lifting as part of the job scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NITEC or diploma holder in a relevant field.
- Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, process manufacturing, engineering, or equivalent.
- Self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent in documentation, adept at following instructions, and committed to maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety.
- Proficient in basic office software applications and fluent in English.
