Regional Strategy Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive market intelligence and analysis to support strategic decision making
- Identify key emerging trends and growth opportunities for expansion
- Build relationships with external stakeholders and partners
- Lead annual business planning processes for the region, aligning with global and regional leaders
- Manage quarterly and annual business performance reviews with COO and CFO
- Track key performance indicators, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions
- Prepare materials and presentations for leadership meetings and events
- Develop regional strategy and translate priorities into actionable plans
- Drive strategic projects globally and across the region
- Identify M&A targets to support growth strategy
- Drive due diligence processes with internal stakeholders and Ramboll's global M&A team
- Oversee post-merger integration processes to maximise value creation
You will work closely with our teams to grow the business and strengthen the brand. You will participate in Business Reviews and Quarterly Management Reviews along with our Managing Director and be expected to contribute materials and present them to our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial officer.
