We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Senior Specialist to join our team at Wise.

  • As a Workforce Management Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our agents are scheduled to meet the required service levels.
  • You will be responsible for leveraging our WFM tools to provide proactive support and expertise to our agents and operational leads.
  • Your deep understanding of our customers' needs will enable you to have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and agent productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

Workforce Scheduling and Planning
  • Develop and implement efficient workforce schedules to meet service level agreements.
  • Analyze and forecast workloads to ensure adequate resource allocation.
Operational Efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant Workforce Management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
