Job Title: Talent Attraction and Development Manager

Empower undergraduate students to develop leadership, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills by spearheading initiatives that design and deliver impactful programmes, scholarships, and engagement opportunities for student growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance talent development programmes for undergraduates.
  • Partner with schools, offices, and vendors to design training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness, track budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the marketing, promotion, and administration of talent scholarship initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end processes including applications, selection, and interviews with domain experts.
  • Build strong relationships with panellists and scholarship recipients, providing ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate records and track programme impact.
  • Cultivate strong ties with senior management, faculty, and departments to align initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with external partners, educational institutions, industry experts, and sponsors to strengthen support and leverage expertise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Education, Event Management).
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing initiatives such as leadership programmes, scholarships, or symposiums.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Passionate about education, student development, and talent attraction.
