Job Title: Talent Developer and Leader
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented professional to lead our undergraduate student talent development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing leadership skills, interdisciplinary collaborations, and project management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the effective management of talent development programmes for undergraduate students
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives
- Develop marketing and promotional materials for scholarships
- Maintain engagement with scholarship recipients
- Provide administrative support throughout their educational journey
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Communications, or related disciplines from a recognized university
- At least 2 years of experience supporting or managing talent/leadership programmes, scholarships, or large-scale student initiatives
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with IT systems
