Job Title: Senior Manager of Leasing Strategies

As a key member of the retail leasing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective leasing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute leasing plans to optimize portfolio performance\
  • Identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders\
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry developments\
  • Provide strategic insights to inform business decisions\
  • Work closely with asset managers to achieve optimal mall occupancy and revenue\
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants\
  • Manage lease negotiations and renewals for assigned portfolios\
  • Source and secure suitable tenants for malls\
  • Handle leasing enquiries and make recommendations on retail spaces\
  • Work with malls to strengthen and refresh trade mix with new and exciting retail concepts\
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with leasing agreements\
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives\
  • Develop and maintain strong networks with retailers and tenants\
  • Provide training and support to junior team members\
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives to drive business results\
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities\
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans\
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work culture\
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by senior management\
