Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retail leasing expert to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of retail leases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and leading negotiations for new leases, renewals, and expirations.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and assessing tenants' sales performance, providing strategic input on long-term tenancy planning and space utilization, and building and maintaining strong working relationships with tenants.

Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement leasing strategies, optimize tenant mix, and achieve rental revenue and occupancy goals.

Requirements
  • Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing within a sizeable or well-established shopping mall environment
  • Strong market knowledge of retail brands, including international and luxury concepts
  • Independent, results-driven, and possesses strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
