About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Snaphunt as a Car Sales Executive, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, answer customer queries, and provide loan package breakdowns to customers.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including showroom maintenance and sales-related paperwork.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and provide coaching and guidance to colleagues.
