The Job

  • Create, nurture, and respond to sales opportunities and close sales orders.
  • Sell and upsell Automotive Solutions to both new and existing customers.
  • Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives in coordination with the Regional Key Accounts manager.
  • Promote and sell automotive Solutions products and services through existing contacts or leads.
  • Conduct sales calls, schedule local promotional work, and regularly track sales activities with all channel, end-user, and end-user opportunities using Monday.com.
  • Source, qualify, select, and manage PDI partners, manufacturers, and Authorized Distributors.
  • Oversee and manage the sale of products and services within the specified territory.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers and provide them with published prices and information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
  • Work on key deals to help define and oversee how our products are deployed.
  • Provide first-level technical guidance to all B2B customers, integrators, and partners.
  • Provide product and sales training to reseller partners, manufacturer representatives, integrators, and end-users to help them understand our products.
  • Supervise and manage installations at customer sites and in key accounts as needed to assure proper commissioning of the system and confirmation of customer expectations and requirements.
  • Attend tradeshows and professionally participate in booth duty within the Carstom booth at various marketing events.
  • Participate in the development of training materials.
  • Feedback end-user customer requirements to engineering and operations departments to help implement product improvements and new product releases.
  • Compile data on competitive products and pricing and report it back to head office.
  • Identify key surveillance market influencers, establish contact with them, and demonstrate to them the superiority and utility of our products.
  • Implement and manage a marketing and education program to target consultants in order to create awareness, enthusiasm, and preference for Carstom products.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales Operations/Sales Support role, ideally within the Automotive industry.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
