Job Title: Admin & Finance Assistant (Contract)
Job OverviewThe role involves providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to various agencies.
- Maintain departmental records, organize databases, and perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Prepare presentation materials and assist in organizing office events.
- Assist in the data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintenance of general ledgers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Providing administrative support to various agencies and attending to ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Handling general office duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Preparing presentation materials and assisting in organizing office events.
- Supporting the data entry process for financial transactions.
- Carrying out daily bookkeeping tasks with attention to detail.
- Possess initiative, a positive attitude, and be able to work independently and as a team player.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a good learning attitude.
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PC literate.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial and administrative tasks.
