About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfillment Operator to join our team in Decathlon Singapore. As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our e-commerce operations, including picking, packing, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce operations team to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and logistics teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve e-commerce operations.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
