
HR Operations Specialist

The role of the HR Executive is multifaceted and integral to our organization.
This position involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accuracy in employee records, compliance with policies, and efficient execution of HR processes.
Key responsibilities include managing employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and exit procedures.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentation across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
- Administering HR processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and exit procedures.
- Handling monthly payroll input and liaising with finance for timely processing.
- Understanding employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Generating HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Supporting the performance appraisal process and training coordination.
- Administering benefits programs including leave management, medical, insurance, and claims.
- Responding to employee queries on HR-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting in audits, HR policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced or mid-to-large-sized organization.
- Good understanding of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using HR software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Positive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes.
