
Facilities Administrator and Operations Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and systems.
This position involves overseeing daily upkeep, safety, and maintenance activities, as well as coordinating maintenance schedules, facility bookings, and compliance-related tasks.
- Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operational at all times.
- Coordinate with service contractors to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed organizational standards.
- Oversee space usage for events, assist devotees with ancestral services, and manage prayer-related logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks, minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
- Facilities Booking: Manage facility bookings, ensuring seamless transitions between events and maintaining optimal use of available spaces.
- Logistical Support: Provide critical support for internal events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
- Temple Operations: Collaborate with key stakeholders to oversee temple operations, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Facilities Management or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills.
- BASIC knowledge of contract administration, service maintenance, and Workplace Safety & Health Acts.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective coordination and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse groups.
