Job Description:

The Operations Support Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of office facilities and administrative tasks. This position is responsible for managing office facilities, procuring and overseeing office equipment, coordinating with external vendors, supervising daily facility operations, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and meet the needs of the organization.
  • Procure and oversee office equipment to ensure it is functional and efficient.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Supervise daily facility operations, including maintenance and repair activities.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting preparation, procurement of corporate materials and stationery, correspondence management, and recordkeeping related to facilities.
  • Assist with HR functions such as insurance administration and training coordination.
  • Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
