Job Description:The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, optimizing sales, and maintaining inventory levels. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, cultivating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Community / VIP Customers: Foster a deep sense of belonging in our KSisters' community, and manage offline community building with cross-functional teams.
- Operations: Oversee daily store operations, assist in supervising a team of retail associates, and ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image.
- Sales: Manage, drive, and achieve KPIs, analyze monthly sales results, and suggest action plans.
- Leadership: Train, motivate, and support retail associates to uphold company values and standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail as a retail manager (Beauty retail is a plus)
- Passionate about the retail industry and has strong leadership abilities
- Must be a good team player, self-motivated, open-minded, and proactive with high integrity level
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
- Proficient computer skills (Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus)
- Able to work shifts/weekends and public holidays (Total 44 hours per week)
