Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to join our team of modelling professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to create, analyse, and optimise complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of active assignments
  • Leading in the creation and optimisation of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Developing and refining assumptions, parameters, and scenarios under the guidance of Managers to ensure model robustness and reliability
  • Reviewing and interpreting commercial documentation and ensuring it is reflected accurately in the financial model
  • Performing sensitivity analysis and stress testing to validate model assumptions and outputs, aiding clients in making informed decisions
Main Responsibilities: Operations

Key tasks include:

  1. Managing a portfolio of active assignments
  2. Creating and optimising comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making
  3. Developing and refining assumptions, parameters, and scenarios
  4. Reviewing and interpreting commercial documentation
  5. Performing sensitivity analysis and stress testing
Main Responsibilities: People

Key tasks include:

  1. Leading a team of modelling professionals
  2. Training, motivating and managing junior team members on assignments
  3. Collaborating closely with team members, learning and contributing to assignments
  4. Communicating model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams
Main Responsibilities: Growth

Key tasks include:

  1. Supporting business development and growth ambitions
  2. Developing client pitches
  3. Leading client calls and building client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting
  • A good appreciation of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification beneficial
  • An in-depth understanding of Project Finance concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel
  • Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial
  • Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
