Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in creating, analysing, and optimising complex financial models.

The ideal candidate will have a good appreciation of accounting concepts and an in-depth understanding of Project Finance concepts.

You will work with a team of modelling professionals to develop and refine assumptions, parameters, and scenarios under the guidance of Managers.

The successful candidate will be able to lead in the creation and optimisation of comprehensive financial models, ensure model robustness and reliability, and perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing.

They will also contribute to the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of active assignments
  • Lead in the creation and optimization of comprehensive financial models
  • Develop and refine assumptions, parameters, and scenarios
  • Review and interpret commercial documentation
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial modeling methodologies and tools
  • Prepare comprehensive model documentation
  • Maintain meticulous records of modeling processes and methodologies
  • Lead in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A good appreciation of accounting concepts
  • An in-depth understanding of Project Finance concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel
  • Degree qualified in a numerate discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial
  • Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable
