Financial Modelling Expertise - Join the Financial Transformation Journey

We are seeking an experienced analyst who is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth.

You will work with a team of modelling professionals to create, analyse, and optimise complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable. The role involves working closely with clients to provide expert advice on strategic decision-making.

A key responsibility will be assisting in creating and optimising comprehensive financial models that support informed decision-making. This includes developing and refining assumptions, parameters, and scenarios under the guidance of Consultants and Managers to ensure model robustness and reliability.

The role also entails performing sensitivity analysis and stress testing to validate model assumptions and outputs, aiding clients in making informed decisions.

Another important task is contributing to the development and enhancement of our financial modelling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Additional responsibilities include preparing comprehensive model documentation detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results, as well as maintaining meticulous records of modelling processes and methodologies to uphold high standards and ensure consistency.

Closely collaborating with team members, learning from, and contributing to assignments, is also essential for this role.

Simplifying complex financial model issues to make them understandable for non-technical stakeholders requires excellent communication skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting
  • Good understanding of accounting concepts
  • Understanding of Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or Financial Planning concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with a foundation in building and operating financial models using Excel
  • Degree qualified in a numerate discipline; postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial
  • Experience with FAST financial modelling standard desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
