Job Purpose

We are hiring a Mortgage Sales & Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support in our mortgage sales and service operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the mortgage sales and service process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in mortgage sales and service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle complex situations.
