Keppel Capital International is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Management Intern.

About the Role

This role will provide an opportunity to gain a good understanding and insights on how data centres are operated and other technological sectors. You will be responsible for supporting the team in related asset management and initiatives relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT. You will also liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in related asset management and initiatives relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT
  • Liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling

Requirements

  • Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or other relevant degrees
  • Interested in exploring a career opportunity in asset management
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment, with an eagerness to learn
  • Technologically savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
