We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional technical assistance to users, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage support tickets via JIRA, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Respond to technical inquiries via various channels, including email, Teams/Skype chats, phone, or in-person meetings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues, such as access rights, expired software licenses, missing or non-functioning software add-ins, and assist in software patching and updates on UAT and Production servers

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve various technical issues
  • Team-oriented mindset with openness to constructive feedback
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
  • Experience working as an IT help desk technician or similar customer support role
