
IT Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional technical assistance to users, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage support tickets via JIRA, ensuring timely follow-up
- Respond to technical inquiries via various channels, including email, Teams/Skype chats, phone, or in-person meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues, such as access rights, expired software licenses, missing or non-functioning software add-ins, and assist in software patching and updates on UAT and Production servers
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for problem-solving and customer service
- Ability to diagnose and resolve various technical issues
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to constructive feedback
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
- Experience working as an IT help desk technician or similar customer support role
