Description: As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
About the Role:
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Cloud Services, physical servers, and workstations to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Monitoring network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure seamless connectivity and addressing any issues promptly.
- Managing Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance, as well as implementing security patches, updates, and backups.
- Providing technical support through remote desktop sessions, email, phone, and face-to-face at user's workstations.
- Administering Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
- Collaborating with vendors for hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Setting up and managing user profiles, access controls, and authentication.
- Administering Microsoft 365 tenant services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Providing user support for login issues, password resets, and other technical concerns.
