Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Department Head in planning and executing workplan strategies to meet department goals
  • Achieve key performance targets in revenue, profit, and pipeline metrics
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners
  • Undertake business development activities to secure new project appointments
  • Design, plan, and execute retail marketing campaigns and leasing activities for appointed projects
  • Prepare leasing reports and updates for clients
  • Carry out marketing and leasing activities for appointed projects and other open listings
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior colleagues to achieve performance targets

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated capabilities or potential in leadership and managerial roles
  • Passionate about the retail industry
  • Qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills
  • Good communicator and motivator
  • Good command of written and oral English
  • A team player who is also able to work independently
  • Innovative and resourceful
  • Technology savvy and competent in MS office
