The Backpackers Hostel Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to guests, handling reservations and check-ins, and participating in activities with guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception: handle reservations, check-in/check-out guests, and cashier duties
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Provide expert travel and tourist advice to guests
  • Participate and lead engaging activities with guests

  • Enjoy meeting tourists from diverse backgrounds
Requirements:
  • Minimum 17 years old
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Preferably residing in the East Coast area
