We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Research and Development Assistant. This role will involve collaborating with our team to conduct research, analyze data, and develop innovative solutions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various research projects, including genetic analysis, breeding programs, and cultivar development. They will also contribute to the integration of genomic data into cultivation processes and participate in multi-location trial evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and gather data using R programming language
- Evaluate and assess germplasm samples
- Perform molecular and biochemical bioassays
- Characterize genetic control mechanisms
- Develop new cultivars and lines

Requirements
