We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at ELITEZ & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. as a Scale Account Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and delivering customized solutions to help customers unlock the full potential of their businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts as their trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth.
- Solution Development: Develop a deep understanding of our Solution Software and connect its capabilities to customers' requirements, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Sales Strategy: Identify sales opportunities and generate expansion for clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
- Process Improvement: Consult with clients on their processes, guiding them to implement change across their organization and drive business transformation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and drive business growth.
- 2-3 years of B2B SaaS sales or account management experience.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Uncapped Commissions.
- No travelling required unless necessary (Transport Claim Provided).
