About the Role:

We're seeking an accomplished Lead Product Designer to spearhead innovative design initiatives across our cutting-edge crypto trading platform. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping product experiences that are intuitive, globally competitive, and at the forefront of Web3 technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end product design process, from strategy and concept to execution, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative Vision: Drive creative, trend-driven design direction with a strong sense of aesthetics and foresight, elevating our brand's visual identity.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable product and design solutions that set us apart.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact design work with efficiency and speed.
  • Methodology Development: Lead design retrospectives and help develop scalable methodologies for the team, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest Web3, blockchain, and digital asset trends, maintaining our product's edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design across Internet/ Tech/ Marketplace/ Web3/ Crypto/ Fintech industry, esp. with web-based or mobile products.
  • Proven track record in marketing/brand campaigns or growth-driven UX/UI projects.
  • Hands-on with Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, and ideally experienced in 3D, illustration, Midjourney, or C4D.
  • Strong analytical thinking – able to leverage user feedback and data to improve UX.
  • Prior experience in crypto, Web3, or traditional brokerage platforms is a plus.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to drive projects independently.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English required.
