Commercial Strategy Execution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Execution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales of precast concrete products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in building materials or construction. They should also have strong knowledge of the industry and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales of precast concrete products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts in the building and construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project delivery and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in building materials or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete products is an advantage.
