Job Title: Senior/Contracts Manager

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Tender and Contract Review: Assist in the review and finalization of tenders and contracts, ensuring that they meet our organizational requirements.
  2. Contract Administration: Help with the administration of contracts, including progress claims and liaising with clients' representatives on claims and variation costs.
  3. Subcontractor Quotes: Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
  4. Contract Updates: Keep the Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
  5. Claim Verification: Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
  6. Financial Management: Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Specialized Skills: Preferably experienced in pipe jacking works and tunnelling projects.
